The Alta Langa Brut 'Hundred Sixty Eight' by Fontanafredda is a Classic Method wine made from pure Pinot Noir grapes, aged for at least 80 months on the lees. It is a special wine for the cellar, as it celebrates an illustrious birthday, the 168th. On the nose, notes of wildflower honey, brioche, and toasted dried fruit emerge, along with ripe fruit. On the palate, it reveals its structure, with a long, fresh, and savory finish. An ideal profile to elegantly accompany a seafood risotto but excellent with entire fish menus.
