'Arcese' by Vittorio Bera is born from the Triple A project, the acronym that brings together farmers, artisans, and wine artists. The winemaking follows an essential path, pressing of the whole grapes and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, where it rests for nine months. Floral and citrus notes emerge on the nose, while on the palate the drink is agile and fresh, made lively by a light bubble. Perfect with spaghetti with clams
