The Rosé 'Ballon' from Cros des Calades is born in Ardèche from the project of Florence and Benoît Chazallon, known for their work at Château de la Selve. Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault from organic vineyards are pressed directly and fermented with indigenous yeasts. On the nose, it offers hints of fresh strawberry and slight spicy notes, while on the palate it is generous and fruity, with a dry and lively finish. Perfect with a platter of cold cuts
