The Barolo di Serralunga ‘Renaissance’ by Fontanafredda is a structured and long-lived red from Piemonte, a classic expression of Langa Nebbiolo, created in collaboration with Italian artists to promote the values of optimism and humanity. The harvest takes place in the second decade of September and follows a long maceration with frequent pump-overs that intensify color and complexity. The aging exceeds 30 months between oak and cement, seeking an extractive yet balanced and fresh style. Typical aromas such as cherry and violet emerge on the nose, with a pleasantly menthol finish.
