Barolo La Stoja 2022

The Barolo from La Stòja is a blend of various Nebbiolo vineyards, as per tradition. Fermented and aged separately, the batches are blended after a long aging in large oak barrels. On the nose, it is broad and ethereal, with a floral side, red fruit, and hints of licorice and spices. On the palate, it is dry and robust, with an opulent yet velvety structure, soft tannins, and great balance, perfect with braised dishes or wild boar-based meals.
