Blanc Domaine de l'Horizon 2023

The Cotes Catalanes Blanc from Domaine de l'Horizon is born from a blend of Macabeu and Grenache Gris grown in the French Roussillon. The grapes come from vines that are between 80 and 100 years old and produce rare bunches with very low yields each year. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in demi muid and 228-liter barrels, followed by a one-year aging on fine lees. Floral notes and yellow-fleshed fruit emerge on the nose, while on the palate it stands out for its full structure and marked savoriness. Excellent paired with chicken cacciatore in white sauce
