The Bolgheri Rosso "Le Serre Nuove" is a classic Bolgheri-Bordeaux blend produced mainly from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, in perfect French style, with the aim of showcasing the austerity and elegant expressiveness of great wines of this kind. The grapes are selected twice before being pressed. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, undergoing a maceration of 10-15 days.
