This Bourgogne Rouge from Domaine Bersan originates in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux from pure Pinot Noir grapes, in the Côtes d'Auxerre. A fresh and immediate expression of the winery, it ages only in steel to preserve the liveliness of the fruit. On the nose, it reveals aromas of cherry and raspberry, with a hint of bay leaf and a touch of pepper. On the palate, it is fresh, with silky tannin and a smooth sip of medium structure. An agile and drinkable Burgundy red, ideal alongside cold cuts and white meats.
