The Furore Rosso Reserve signed by the Marisa Cuomo winery announces itself, from the very first sips, as an identity bottle, in which two native Campanian grape varieties, Aglianico and Piedirosso, each contribute equally to create a quality label, the result of a 12-month aging in wood. A wine that requires important pairings at the table, preferably with red meat and game, capable of enhancing its excellent structure.
This Furore Rosso Riserva is born from a blend of two native red grape varieties typical of the Campanian terroir, Piedirosso and Aglianico. The vines of these varieties grow with the pergola and atypical fan systems, within terraced vineyards, located at an altitude between 200 and 250 meters above sea level, which root in a subsoil of dolomitic and limestone origin. The grapes, carefully selected by the Marisa Cuomo team, macerate for 30 days, while malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique. Aging also occurs in barrique and lasts for one year, a period at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed. The Furore Rosso Riserva branded by Marisa Cuomo develops in the glass with a hue reminiscent of ruby red. The olfactory spectrum organizes around notes of ripe fruit, enriched by hints of aromatic herbs and sensations that lean towards wood and smokiness. On the palate, it has excellent body, concentrated and enveloping, with a very harmonious sip. It finishes with a long-lasting finish. A territorial red, with which the Furore winery, located in the province of Salerno, creates a label that receives positive reviews from the main Italian sector guides.
