Nebbiolo Elio Perrone 2023

The Nebbiolo by Elio Perrone comes from grapes grown in Castiglione Tinella, at 380 meters above sea level in the Piedmont hills. The harvest takes place between early and mid-October and the wine matures for 12 months in 25 hectoliter oak barrels before bottling. On the nose, it stands out for fruity and floral aromas of cherry, raspberry, and wild violet, enriched by slight spicy notes of anise and nutmeg. On the palate, it shows body and drinkability, with a pleasant balance between vibrant freshness and delicate tannin that accompanies a long and fruity persistence.
