The Riesling by Elio Perrone is born in Castiglione Tinella, from a recently planted vineyard, located in a cool and slightly sunny area, ideal for enhancing the qualities of Riesling. The grapes are hand-picked in the first decade of October and the winemaking takes place in steel at controlled temperature, with aging on the fine lees for about five months before bottling. On the nose, it offers floral and citrus notes, with hints of aromatic herbs and a mineral touch.
