Riesling Glou Glou de Raphael Vins Pirouettes 2018

The Riesling 'De Raphael Glou Glou' by Les Vins Pirouettes comes from Alsace, from vines that are over fifty years old, cultivated on a clay-limestone soil with limited yields around 50 hectoliters per hectare. The winery works the grapes with a direct pressing of seven hours, allows the must to ferment spontaneously, and ages the wine for ten months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, without adding sulfur.
