The Roero Arneis "Cecu d'la Biunda" is a fresh, elegant, and fruity white wine, among the most famous expressions of the Monchiero Carbone winery. The aromatic profile is rich in aromatic herbs, mint, sage, and white currant. The taste is soft and refreshing, with fruity and floral aromatic returns.

The Arneis "Cecu d'la Biunda" is undoubtedly the flagship product of the Monchiero Carbone winery, the one that best represents the soul and identity of this project born in 2004 by the will of Francesco. A project driven by the desire to make Piedmontese whites compete with the great Italian whites; a project based on Arneis, a grape variety often described as "the white Barolo" and which, together with Nebbiolo, has brought fame to the Roero area.

A recognized nobility and remarkable potential imply the obligation to cultivate and vinify it at its best, to enhance the characteristics of these grapes that grow on the soft and calcareous soils of the Valle di Vezza and the Rocche di Canale. Born as white Nebbiolo, a name given to emphasize its importance and structure, Arneis has found in Roero an elective territory that manages to convey intense aromas and scents that captivate with their persistence and refinement.

A personality that skillfully stands out in the Arneis "Cecu d'la Biunda" by Monchiero Carbone, an Arneis that offers us a great olfactory intensity where a deep aromatic freshness accompanies the drink with floral and mint notes, passing through white currant and sage…
