'Ronco Rosa' by Bera Vittorio is a sparkling rosé obtained using the Ancestral Method, which gives liveliness to the perlage. It comes from a vineyard of just 0.7 hectares on calcareous and marly soils of marine sedimentation. On the nose, it presents itself as fresh and inviting, on the palate it is savory and lively, supported by freshness and finished with a soft ending that accompanies the drinking experience.
