The Brut Sparkling 'Bollè' by Andreola is made from white grapes harvested between September and October. The Andreola winery, located in the Treviso area, produces this wine using the Martinotti method, through a refermentation in autoclave that preserves the freshness of the grapes. On the nose, it offers hints of fresh fruit and spring white flowers, with clear notes of green apple, cedar, and peach. On the palate, it is soft, fresh, and straightforward, supported by a fine and persistent perlage. A versatile bottle, perfect as an aperitif and ideal with a mixed fried fish dish.
