From our sommeliers
The 'Tantaroba' from Tenuta Fornace is an orange wine that originates from the Colli Tortonesi from Timorasso and Cortese grapes, cultivated by Andrea Rossi using organic and biodynamic methods. The name plays on the richness of nuances in the sip, while the label features a drawing by the winemaker's daughter, a snail with red slippers moving slowly, just as the maceration on the skins is slow. Resulting from spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, it opens with an intense and vibrant nose, between citrus and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is dry and taut, with a material tannic grip.
Colour:

Scent:
Faceted with ripe orange, peach and melon with dried jasmine flowers, intense fresh thyme on the finish
